Whitewater Wednesday
Have you taken our kayak instructional classes and want more? Whitewater Wednesdays is for clients who have participated in our kids pool or our kayak river classes who want the opportunity to practice locally. The prerequisite for registration is having taken river instructional class through lesson #3 from Colorado River School. You need to have a basic understanding of river hydrology, wet exits, bow rescues, swimming gear to shore, and more. Our instructors will be on hand to supervise and assist. The event is geared towards kayak community development and fun.
Participants must sign a waiver prior to participation. (Those under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian sign a waiver). Please sign the waiver from your confirmation email in order to link it to your reservation. Helmets, PFDs, and footwear (which will be provided) must be worn during the activities.
Activities begin at 5:30 pm and run until 7:30 pm

Practice making hard moves in easy water
2 Hour Intro to River Surfing
Special 2 hour in-depth look at a SWR topic
2 Hour Playboating Skills Clinic
